Medianews.az reports that the doctor stated that for people aged 18-60, at least 7 hours of sleep per day is recommended.

According to the specialist, the ideal sleep duration for most people is 7-9 hours. For individuals over 65 years old, this indicator can be 8-9 hours. While 6 hours may be sufficient for some people, others may need 10 hours of sleep.

The doctor also emphasized that not only the quantity of sleep but also its regularity is important for health.
