Jewelry worth approximately 4 million euros has been stolen from the "Lalique" Jewelry Museum in the commune of Wingen-sur-Moder, located in eastern France.
Demokrat.az reports that the thieves seized a total of nearly 20 pieces of jewelry. Preliminary estimates indicate that the damage amounts to approximately 4 million euros.
The incident occurred around 05:30 local time. Unknown individuals who entered the building headed directly to the hall where the jewelry was stored.
Although the alarm was triggered, the thieves managed to escape the scene. When the security company staff were investigating the cause of the alarm, the first person to arrive at the scene was the museum’s cleaning worker, who informed the police.
