It was noted that windy and rainy weather conditions continue across the country. Rainfall is intense and of a storm nature in some places.
Snow is falling in high mountainous areas, with snow depth recorded as 10 cm in Qrız (Quba), 8 cm in Shahdag and Khinalug (Quba), and 3 cm in Laza (Qusar) and Kalbajar.
The amount of precipitation is recorded as 20 mm in Qusar, 19 mm in Agstafa and Quba, 7 mm in Yevlakh, 6 mm in Sheki, Gakh, Gabala, Khizi, Dashkasan, 5 mm in Gobustan, Oghuz, Gadabay, Agdam, Khachmaz, Shahbuz, 4 mm in Goranboy, Goygol, Tartar, Sharur, 3 mm in Sabirabad, Barda, Shabran, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Sadarak, and up to 2 mm in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Balaken, Goychay, Beylagan, Imishli, Zagatala, Naftalan, Julfa, Nakhchivan, Ordubad, Shamkir, Tovuz, Mingachevir, Zardab, Kurdamir, Bilasuvar, Astara, Ganja, Lachin, Qubadli, Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, Agsu, and Fuzuli.
Currently, a northwestern wind is blowing in most places. The maximum wind speed occasionally increases up to 28 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as 28 m/s in Mingachevir, 27 m/s in Goranboy, 24 m/s in Naftalan, 23 m/s in Tartar, 20 m/s in Sheki, Tovuz, Neftchala, Ganja, 18 m/s in Julfa, Agdam, Barda, 17 m/s in Zangilan, Kalbajar, 16 m/s in Gobustan, Shamkir, and 15 m/s in Zardab.
Fog is observed in Sumqayit, Quba, Zardab, Beylagan, Imishli, Kurdamir, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, limiting visibility to up to 500 meters.
The rainy and windy weather conditions observed in the country are expected to continue until the evening of October 30, and on the 31st, the weather is expected to be stable and mostly rainless.
