In January 2026, Armenia's foreign trade turnover decreased by 12 percent compared to the previous year.
Medianews.az reports that the Statistics Committee, which issued the report, shows a decline of 13.5 percent in exports and 11.2 percent in imports.
According to the official statement, a rise of 7.6 percent in gross domestic product, 10.6 percent in industrial production, 18.7 percent in the construction sector, 7.4 percent in the service sector, and 0.7 percent in trade turnover was recorded.
