Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan experienced interesting moments while attending the opening ceremony in Rize.
Milli.Az reports that the footage shows him distributing money to children at the opening in celebration of International Girls' Day.
Erdoğan gave each girl 200 Turkish lira.
