Until February 15 of next year, citizens of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain can come to our country 3 times (30 days each time) without a visa. A visa must be obtained for the 4th time.
The rule came into force on February 15 of this year.
Tourism expert Jafar Garayev told Medianews.az that since February 2016, citizens of the Gulf countries obtained visas at the airport when coming to Azerbaijan: "That is, a simplified visa regime was applied to them. Now, travel opportunities have been further simplified. They will be able to come visa-free three times a year. Those with residence or temporary residence permits in those countries will also be able to come to Azerbaijan easily, because a simplified visa has begun to be applied to them, and they will obtain the visa directly at our country's airport."
