Carlos Queiroz has been appointed as the head coach of the Ghana national team.
Medianews.az reports that the Portuguese specialist will coach the team at the 2026 World Cup.
Queiroz has previously led national teams such as Portugal, Iran, Egypt, Colombia, and the UAE. At the club level, he has worked at "Real" and "Sporting," and was also a member of the "Manchester United" coaching staff.
In the group stage, the Ghana national team will face England, Croatia, and Panama. The tournament will be held in the USA, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19.//Trend
