According to the information, workers are replaced through an artificial intelligence agent called "Colleague Skill." This system is trained based on a person's work correspondence, screenshots of messages, work projects, and official documentation. As a result, the created artificial intelligence model acquires the ability to even imitate the individual's personal communication style.
The implementation of this new technology has caused serious discontent among employees. According to the employees, management initially demanded that they explain work processes and decision-making logic as thoroughly as possible. However, later those individuals were laid off and their duties were completely transferred to the artificial intelligence.
