Kenan Imanzade, the driver of the vehicle with the license plate 90-YL-765 of the brand "Chevrolet Cobalt," was detained by the officers of the State Road Police Department of the Absheron District Police Department.
Medianews.az reports that the information was released by the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was stated that he grossly violated traffic rules in the city of Khirdalan, committed auto hooliganism, and created a real danger to the life and health of other road users.
During the investigation, it was also determined that the driver did not have the right to operate a vehicle. A protocol was drawn up against him based on the relevant articles of the Administrative Violations Code and sent to the court.
By the court's decision, the driver K. Imanzade was administratively detained for 15 days.
