A telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrey Sybiha.

"I had a productive conversation with Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov. I thanked my colleague for his hospitality and for meeting with me during the visit of our leaders to Qabala and the talks. We focused on implementing the agreements reached during these discussions and discussed future steps to develop our bilateral cooperation," the post reads.
According to Sybiha, the parties exchanged views on the security situation in their region and on international issues:
"Ukraine is grateful to Azerbaijan for its consistent support of our sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for the humanitarian aid provided, especially in the energy sector. We agreed to maintain an active dialogue and continue our relations."
