The Bulgarian parliament approved the composition of the new government on May 8.
Medianews.az reports that the government, headed by Rumen Radev, leader of the Progressive Bulgaria Party, has 22 ministers.
Rumen Radev has held the post of the country's president from 2016 to 2026.
In the election held on April 19, the Progressive Bulgaria Party obtained 131 mandates in the 240-member legislative body, gaining the right to form a government.
The parliament, elected by proportional method (by party lists), also includes the GERB Party and the Democratic Forces Alliance, a bloc consisting of the Continuation of Reforms Party and the Democratic Bulgaria Party, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, and the Revival Party.
