On June 7, additional exams in geography will be held for applicants choosing both subgroups DT and TC of the III specialty group, as well as for admissions to higher education institutions under the I and IV specialty groups.
Medianews.az reports that the State Examination Center has released information about this.
Exams will be organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Agstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Guba, and Khachmaz.
Applicants can print their "Exam Admission Ticket".
Exam participants can also print the "Exam Admission Ticket" via the State Examination Center’s service "Issuing Exam Admission Tickets to Candidates Online," available not only on the dim.gov.az website but also through the my.gov.az portal or the "Mygov" mobile application.
The "Exam Admission Ticket" includes details such as the exam date, city (district), building, room, starting time, and the applicant’s time to arrive at the exam building, among other information.
Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:
- Exam Admission Ticket;
- Original identity document:
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16) should bring their identity card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons should bring permits issued by the State Migration Service; foreign nationals granted refugee status and their family members should bring refugee certificates;
- Participants without a photo on their identity card must also bring a certificate issued by the educational institution with a photo affixed (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached and sealed on the certificate).
Note that exams begin at 10:00 AM. Participants arriving after 09:45 AM will not be admitted to the exam building.
To ensure smooth entry into the exam building, different arrival times have been set and indicated on the participant’s admission ticket. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission ticket.
