Turkish singer Serdar Ortaç was a guest on the show "Esra Ezmeci ile her şey ortada."
According to Milli.Az, the performer commented on the end of his marriage with his former wife, Chloe Loughnan:
"My intention was to marry her and have children. It didn't work out. I got married late, I was around 44-45 years old. But it was clear. Because she was young. What I had seen, she hadn't. If the age difference exceeds 15, it's just too much, this can't work. Among couples, the age difference should be at least 10 years. The girl should be younger, the boy older. Like our parents."
The performer commented on young girls getting married late:
"Today's girls are very right, they say 'we can't get married.' I have no advice for girls, times have changed. I was born in 1979, I went to school, started university, became famous, got married, divorced - there was fighting in all of these. Life was fighting in our youth. This improved a little after the 2000s. We can't expect anything from this unhappy youth. Because they are not happy. A woman should be able to buy the shoes, the bag she wants, be able to go to the restaurant she desires. There should be money. She needs a rich husband."
S. Ortaç emphasized that he is happy to have regained his health:
"Now I am single and happy. As long as I am healthy, I am happy. Nothing can replace my health and God giving it back to me. Even if I return to my previous wealth, it doesn't matter. Losing health and a child cannot be compensated. It cannot be replaced with money either. No, if a girl does not run after bags, she deserves to laugh. But even a handsome man is called 'prince.' What we will do, I don't know."
