Three days of mourning have been declared in Nizhnekamsk in connection with the explosion accompanied by a fire at the "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" plant located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
Medianews.az Ajans.az reports, citing the mayor of the city where the incident occurred, Radmir Belyayev.
According to him, all entertainment and public events in the region have been canceled, and state flags have been lowered to half-mast.
It should be noted that three people died and 72 were injured in the incident.
