"This is my first visit to Azerbaijan, and it is the first time I am participating in such a magnificent event held here."
These words were spoken to Medianews.az by Matti Lehtonen, an official of the United Nations Environment Programme, participant of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
He stated that the event is organized at a professional level and all processes are carried out in a planned manner: "The venue where the forum is held is very functional. The transportation system is also well organized, and comfortable conditions are created for the participants. I think this event will open wide opportunities in terms of experience exchange and will be beneficial for all participants."
