The Ministry of Defense has shared the explanation of the term "Number One Military Mobilization."

It is reported that during the "Number One Military Mobilization," the Armed Forces are brought to full combat readiness, and the call-up of reserve military personnel is carried out. Additionally, military units are deployed to combat positions or designated areas.
It should be noted that yesterday, during a meeting of the Security Council held in connection with the drone attack on Nakhchivan, President Ilham Aliyev stated that our Armed Forces have been placed in a number one mobilization state:
"Our Armed Forces - the Ministry of Defense, the State Border Service, and all other Special Forces have been brought to number one mobilization status and must be ready to carry out any operation. That's all for now."
