Medianews.az reports that, according to experts, these products are only beneficial when used correctly and as intended. Based on research, approximately 50-60% of adults worldwide use various biologically active supplements, but a significant portion of them take these products without medical advice. At the same time, some studies show that about 30% of users do not have sufficient information about the composition and effects of the product, which may pose certain health risks.
