A criminal incident occurred in Bilasuvar district. It is reported that 64-year-old Mahbuba Mikayilova was stabbed by her neighbor, 23-year-old Khayal Qubadli.
The son of the injured commented on what happened to Baku TV as follows: "I work in the city myself. My mother stays with my spouse. The boy entered through the window. Seeing that my mother was lying down, he said, 'You saw me, I will kill you.' He stabbed my mother 29 times."
Mahbuba Mikayilova, who suffered multiple injuries, was taken to Bilasuvar District Central Hospital. According to the information provided by the hospital, the woman's treatment continues in the intensive care and reanimation department. Her condition is assessed as stable.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that Khayal Qubadli, who is suspected of committing the incident, was detained by the police officers.
