It was noted that according to data as of 9:00 on July 7, thunder occasionally flashes and rain falls in most parts of the country. The precipitation in separate places has a downpour character, and in some parts of the Balakan-Sheki zone it was heavy.
The amount of rainfall is 111 mm in Balakan (144% of the monthly norm), 29 mm in Gakh (Saribash), 16 mm in Sheki (Kishchay), 9 mm in Zagatala and Khaltan, 6 mm in Goygol, 5 mm in Agstafa, 4 mm in Gadabay, 2 mm in Oghuz, Kalbajar, Dashkasan, and 1 mm in Nakhchivan, Shahbuz, Sadarak, Naftalan, Goranboy, Ganja, Shamkir, Tovuz, Gabala, Khizi, Guba, Gusar, Shahdagh, Barda, Yevlakh, Lerik, Astara, Agdam, Lachin, Qubadli, Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, Fuzuli.
Northwest wind is blowing in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, with the maximum wind speed reaching 16 m/s.
