The driver and passengers left the bus which suddenly started to smoke at the stop.
In response to our inquiry regarding the matter, "BakuBus" LLC stated that the incident occurred due to a malfunction in the bus engine: One of the buses operating on the regular route number 17 under the management of "BakuBus" LLC experienced a malfunction. The cause of the malfunction was an oil leak in the pipe line related to the engine cooling system and vaporization caused by exposure to high temperature.
Passengers were quickly evacuated from the bus and directed to another reserve bus, and the route's schedule was restored in a short time.
We inform that ensuring the safety of passengers is one of the main priority directions in the activities of "BakuBus" LLC, and all necessary measures continue to be implemented in this direction.
