It has been reported that the weather conditions in most regions have been mostly rainless, but in the evening and nighttime hours there were short-term light precipitation in some mountainous and foothill regions.
The amount of precipitation recorded was up to 5 mm in Lerik, 4 mm in Lankaran, 3 mm in Quba and Astara, 2 mm in Sadarak, and up to 1 mm in Nakhchivan, Shahbuz, Julfa, Dashkasan, Naftalan, Zagatala, Balakan, Sheki (Kishchay), Gabala, Gusar, Khaltan, Shabran, Tartar, and Yardimli.
On the night of May 3, the north-west wind in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula sporadically strengthened up to 21 m/s.
Fog has been observed in Gadabay, Goygol, Naftalan, Shamkir, Balakan, Gakh (Sarybash), Zagatala, Sheki (Kishchay), Shamakhi, Gobustan, Altiagac, Quba, Gusar, Goychay, and Lerik. Visibility is limited up to 500 meters.
The maximum air temperature was recorded up to 22 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 27 degrees in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 24 degrees in the Aran regions, and up to 16 degrees in the mountainous regions.
