A horrifying crime has occurred in Baku.
"Qafqazinfo" reports that a 30-year-old uncle committed immoral acts against his 15-year-old nephew.
Specifically, R.E. committed sexual acts against his nephew, who is a 9th-grade student, three times and recorded it on his phone. The video caught R.E. himself. The footage on his phone was accidentally seen by his wife. The woman, unable to tolerate her husband's actions, reported it to the police.
The schoolboy and his legal guardian did not file a complaint against the accused in court. The accused and the victim stated that such an incident happened only once, and both of them were drunk on that day.
It was also revealed that the accused had previously been imprisoned for blackmailing another person. He was conditionally released one year ago before completing his sentence.
The court sentenced R.E. to 2 years and 6 months imprisonment.
