As the TV channel notes, the US president also receives information about the war from other channels - conversations with military personnel, intelligence representatives, and foreign leaders, as well as following the media.
However, some of the US's allies fear that the video clips may create an incomplete impression of what is happening for Trump.
According to NBC, these clips also increase Trump's dissatisfaction with the way US military actions are covered in the media. The channel notes that after watching the reported "successes," the president questions his administration about why they have not been able to influence public opinion more effectively.
