On April 17, the barrel of Azerbaijani oil branded "AzeriLight" is sold for 115.55 dollars.
Medianews.az reports that this is 50.55 dollars above the price officially recorded in the state budget.
In Azerbaijan's 2026 budget, a barrel of oil is taken at 65 dollars, "AzeriLight" started January at 65.71, February at 69.72, March at 79.60, and April at 132.35 dollars.
Oil sharply increased in price during the wave of military operations conducted by the US and Israel against Iran from February 28 to April 8.
