The Kura River dam broke in Aghjabadi district.
Medianews.az reports that the incident was recorded at the place where the Kura River joins the Qarqar River in the area of the village of Najafgulubeyli in the district.
The cause was the water level in the Kura River rising above normal after continuous rain for several days.
According to information, the relevant authorities were immediately informed about the incident.
