The medals for the U-17 World Wrestling Championship to be held in Baku have been presented.
According to information from the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation to Medianews.az, the medals of the championship are distinguished by their unique design.
The edges of the medal feature national carpet weaving patterns reflecting Azerbaijan's rich cultural heritage.
These elements not only highlight the historical and cultural values of Azerbaijan, the host country of the competition, but also give the medals a special aesthetic appearance.
A total of 120 medals with a diameter of 10 centimeters have been prepared. In the competition, 30 gold, 30 silver, and 60 bronze medals will be awarded.
It should be noted that the U-17 World Championship will take place from July 27 to August 2 at the National Gymnastics Arena and will bring together nearly 700 young wrestlers from more than 60 countries.
