In Surakhani district, on Aeroport highway (near "Buta Palace"), on February 14-15, due to the dismantling of the metal structure on which the electronic information-display boards that have reached the end of their service life are placed, and the installation of a new one in its place, traffic restrictions will be applied on the airport road.

It was stated that on February 14 from 00:00 to 07:00, traffic will be restricted from Airport road (from the airport bridge) toward “Koroglu” metro station, and on February 15, during the same hours, traffic will be restricted from “Koroglu” metro station (from the overpass at Surakhani roundabout) toward the Airport.
As an alternative route, those coming from Mardakan highway will be directed to Zig highway, and those coming from the city direction will be directed toward Surakhani district, Khanlar Alekberov, and 14 July streets. At the same time, drivers can also move from the city to Airport direction alternatively by passing from 8 November avenue to Zig road.
During the period of restrictions, necessary measures will be taken by the road police to ensure the smooth and safe movement of vehicles on alternative routes.
