Olga Yadrixinskaya, 67, from the Arkhangelsk region of Russia, won the "Mrs. North" beauty contest and shared the secrets of staying young.
Medianews.az reports that, according to her, while good genetics is the main factor, she also does not forget to take care of herself.
Yadrixinskaya engages in dancing to maintain her figure and washes her face with ice in the mornings.
She also mentioned that the bathhouse plays an important role in preserving youth and emphasized the importance of inner beauty – she advised people to do good and smile more.
It should be noted that she had never participated in beauty contests before this competition. The contest renewed her interest in life after the difficulties she experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, she is preparing for the "Mrs. Russia" final to be held in Moscow on June 5.
