"Applicants who have proven their talent by scoring 600 points in the entrance exam and are under the state's guarantee have been left out. It is the obligation of the Constitution that the state places these individuals in universities."
This was stated by political analyst Taleh Shahsuvarli in the "Actual Agenda" program broadcast on Baku TV.
"My proposal is that all the powers of the State Examination Center (DİM) be abolished, and its hegemony ended. DİM should act as an electronic portal, as in many Eastern European countries. Currently, DİM has turned into an institution that expands the 'black market' of tutoring in Azerbaijan. My proposal is that, on the condition of passing the exams at DİM, graduation and entrance exams be combined, and people be able to gain admission to several universities electronically. We can implement this system," he noted.
