A tragic incident occurred on the island of Madeira, Portugal. A 2-year-old boy fell from a height of several meters on the Mein Schiff 7 cruise ship.
Medianews.az reports that the child was immediately given medical assistance and was taken to the hospital by helicopter. Doctors describe his condition as extremely serious.
The Madeira port administration confirmed that an emergency response system was activated in connection with the incident. The child's citizenship is not disclosed. Currently, the ship remains in port and an investigation into the incident is underway.
