Medianews.az, citing Medicina.az, reports that dietitian Vasilisa Panomaryova spoke about how a famous food can melt this fat within weeks:

"Avocado is not just a fruit. It is rich in potassium, folic acid, and fiber. Adding it to the diet three times a week can help get rid of visceral fat. It has been proven that women who ate avocado for 2 weeks had a reduced abdominal and waist circumference."
Scientists conducted an experiment with 105 volunteers. They were divided into 2 groups. One group was given daily meals containing avocado, while the other group was given another food resembling a green fruit.

After 12 weeks, the group that ate avocado had a 50% reduction in internal fat.
