Medianews.az reports that the Main State Traffic Police Department draws the attention of drivers going on a trip to the fact that setting off with a technically faulty vehicle, driving while tired and sleepy, not maintaining safe following distance, exceeding the speed limit, and violating overtaking and maneuvering rules significantly increase the risk of road traffic accidents and often lead to severe consequences.
"Especially during long-distance trips, it is important for drivers to take breaks, check the technical condition of the vehicle in advance, and drive according to road conditions," it was noted.
