Move more – walking, dancing, using your hands are beneficial. Household chores (washing by hand, mopping the floor, chopping wood) also have a therapeutic effect.

Sleep regimen – do not go to bed later than 22:30. This aligns with the liver-gallbladder rhythm and helps reduce stress hormones.

Laughter therapy and love – laughing heartily at least 17 times a day is important for hormonal health.
