The residents of the "Dom v sosnovoy roşşe" residential complex in Moscow have launched a physical and psychological pressure campaign against 50-year-old Yekaterina (surname being verified), who was the chairman of the housing cooperative (MTK) for nine years, in order to force her out of the house.
According to Medianews.az citing the SHOT Telegram channel, the conflict began with someone else wanting to take over the position, after which systematic persecution was applied against the woman. Yekaterina was prohibited from using the elevators, her apartment door was kicked, and she was regularly subjected to insults.
Over the last three years, the woman has faced various inspections, including checks by the Economic Crime Department.
According to Yekaterina, although no violations were found, documents were forged, she was removed from her position, and now various methods are being used to evict her from the house.
The woman stated that the lock of her basement storage was changed, she was insulted by the manager, her phone was taken from her, and her hands were twisted by her partner. Despite filing a police complaint, there has been no result yet, and her phone has not been returned to her.
The new chairman of the housing cooperative, Anna Ivanovna, said in her statement that she has heard the surname but refused to comment on the incidents.
