One of the buildings belonging to "Xələfli MTK" in Khirdalan has been intentionally set on fire for the second time.

Specifically, the circulated footage shows unknown individuals throwing burning rags onto the plastic pipes in the building.
A few days ago, footage was also released showing the ignition of the electrical panels located in the building's shaft. According to the residents, at that time the burning rags were also thrown onto the electrical panels.
It is currently unknown who committed the act and for what purpose.
