UEFA Disciplinary Committee fined the "Qarabağ" club 17,500 euros.
Bakivatkı.az reports that the reason for this was the chants of the fans during the UEFA Champions League group stage matchday VII held in Baku against Germany's "Eintracht" club.
Thus, the Agdam representative was fined an amount of 17,500 euros due to "transmitting messages inappropriate for a sporting event" and "overall damage to the reputation of football and especially UEFA." Additionally, it is reported that "Qarabağ" also violated ticket control regulations.
It should be noted that the "Qarabağ" – "Eintracht" match ended with the home team’s 3:2 victory.
