It is reported that the decision was formed after numerous statements by Donald Trump that European countries should allocate more funds for their own security.
According to the current model applied within NATO, member countries determine military reserve forces that can be used during conflicts or major crises. The number and composition of these forces are kept confidential. According to "Reuters," the US plans to significantly reduce that reserve.
