In the Tovuz district, parents have abandoned three children.
Medianews.az, referring to "Teleqraf," reports that the three boys, abandoned by their family, were brought under police supervision to the District Central Hospital and placed in the medical facility.
It was noted that the parents want the children to be placed under the state's guardianship. These children are İ.Ələsgərov (2024), İ.Ələsgərov (2019), and Y.Ələsgərov (2018).
The children's mother has a mental disorder, so the parents are not able to take care of them.
