Medianews.az reports that therapist Aleksey Abizov said this.
He stated that the most effective means to prevent the risk of dehydration in the body is to drink clean water:
"In hot weather, thirst should be quenched with clean water because it restores the fluid lost by the body in the fastest and most natural way."
The doctor also recommended preferring homemade sugar-free drinks at home. To make the water tastier and healthier, it is advised to add berries, lemon, mint or to drink herbal teas.
