"There are people in the theater to whom I do not say hello. They deserve it. They take it lightly, they do something, but it is not acceptable."
These words were said by Honored Artist Chingiz Ahmadov in the program "Midday".
He complained about the jealousy and insincere relationships in the art community:
"As much as I am senior, I extend a hand to the youth, I help them. I don't say that I do anything materially, but I behave with them in such a way that does not disrupt sincerity. There are people who have art and titles, but I do not greet them. I will not say who they are; they deserve it.
The mask of the theater has one side smiling, the other side sad. It is the same with us. We ourselves are burning inside, and others' downfall pains us. I have been trained by great masters not to offend the young. I joke and also listen to their troubles. I help as much as I can. But there are people who rejoice from afar that this person has fallen." (Axşam.az)
