Mohamed Salah, one of Liverpool's leading football players, has ended his season early due to injury.
Medianews.az reports that regarding the condition of the forward who was injured in the match against Crystal Palace in the English Premier League, Egyptian national team official Ibrahim Hassan gave a statement. According to him, the 33-year-old player's patellar tendon has ruptured and the recovery process will take approximately four weeks.
Nevertheless, Salah is expected to fully recover and return to the pitch before the upcoming international tournaments. The Egyptian team, in which he participates, will face Belgium, New Zealand, and Iran in the group stage of the 2026 World Cup.
