Recommended menus:
Whole grain porridges – oatmeal, buckwheat, or millet porridge.
Egg dishes – steamed omelet or boiled eggs, together with vegetables.
Whole grain toast – can be topped with avocado, low-salt fish, and low-fat cheese.
Natural cottage cheese – served with banana or baked apple.
The doctor added that those accustomed to coffee should drink it after eating. “Remember: even the most beneficial product can be harmful if consumed at the wrong time and in an inappropriate combination,” Gostrous emphasized.
