Medianews.az reports that the National Hydrometeorology Service has issued a yellow warning regarding this.
According to the warning, intermittent west winds will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Gazakh, Tovuz, Aghstafa, Ganja, Shamkir, Samukh, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Khizi, Khachmaz, Siyazan, Shabran, Salyan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Mingachevir, and Shirvan, with wind speeds ranging from 13.9 to 20.7 m/s.
