Only he can go to the house where Ramiz Mehdiyev is detained - Who is Qənber?

Former head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev has been held criminally responsible. By court decision, he has been sentenced to 4 months of house arrest.

It is interesting to know who visits Ramiz Mehdiyev during his house arrest, and generally, does the law prohibit his relatives from meeting with him?

According to existing legislation, house arrestees (persons under house arrest with an electronic bracelet) can meet with their relatives under certain conditions, but this depends on the court's decision and the rules set by the supervising authority.

In other words, close relatives coming to the house and meeting is usually not prohibited. However, in certain cases, this can be forbidden. For example, if such a meeting could influence the course of the investigation, these contacts are not allowed.

If specific prohibitions have been imposed on the person (for instance, if the list of visitors to the house is restricted), then meetings are only possible with the authorized individuals.

Considering that Ramiz Mehdiyev is accused of serious state crimes, it can be assumed that the list of people allowed to meet with him is limited.

According to information obtained by Savashmedia.az, Ramiz Mehdiyev is serving his house arrest in a villa located near the famous "Avropa" hotel on Tiflis Avenue. It is reported that his wife, Galina Mehdiyeva, is also with him.

As for his children, none of them have been granted permission to meet with Ramiz Mehdiyev.

The only person authorized to enter the house where the former head of the Presidential Administration is staying is Ramiz Mehdiyev’s bodyguard named Gamber. It is also reported that all shopping and grocery errands are carried out by him.

Recall that some time ago, the bodyguard confirmed this in an interview with the media, stating that he is responsible for the house's grocery shopping.
