A historic event has taken place at Karabakh University.
Musavat.com reports that the young staff members of the university, Fatimə Səfərova and Elxan Qurbanlı, got married, bringing great joy both to the team and to the entire Karabakh community.
Their wedding ceremony was held in the city of Khankendi. This event is not limited to the union of two young people in marriage but is also seen as a symbol of the restoration of life in Karabakh and the resettlement in the native lands. The rector of Karabakh University, Şahin Bayramov, called this marriage magnificent news in a congratulatory post on social media and stated that the wedding ceremony held in Khankendi is an indication of the active participation of the university staff in the process of restoring life in native Karabakh.
The rector emphasized that he wholeheartedly congratulates both employees who played a role in the establishment and development of the university and wishes them a happy and prosperous family life.
This is recorded in history as the first case of employees getting married in the short period since the founding of Karabakh University. Thanks to the victory achieved at the cost of the heroism of the Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev, the glorious Azerbaijani army, and our martyrs, today life is revived in Karabakh and hopes are turning into reality.
