A 35-year-old woman in the US tragically died after falling onto the handle of a garbage truck.
Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred in the state of Kentucky.
The woman fell onto the handle of the garbage truck operated by workers while sleeping next to a pile of garbage on February 12. The operator, not seeing the woman, lifted, squeezed, and threw her away.
According to the police report, the driver realized there was a person in the truck. He got out of the cabin, looked at the pile of garbage, got into the truck, and drove away. The call for help was made by a store cashier and a customer.
A month later, the medical examination confirmed that the woman died from injuries and compression. The family filed a lawsuit against the company, demanding access to the incident recordings. Two workers have been suspended, and the investigation continues.
