It is important for people to sleep according to the biological clock for a healthy psychological state.

Medianews.az reports that Turkish specialist Arif Verimli made a noteworthy statement regarding sleep regimen and mental health.

In the statement he shared on social media, the specialist emphasized, "One should sleep between 23:00–05:00. There is no other way for psychological health."

According to him, the level of the hormone melatonin is highest during those hours, and insomnia can cause psychological problems.

Experts state in recent studies that not only the duration of sleep but also the sleep regimen and biological rhythm directly affect health.
