A driver operating a vehicle under the influence of narcotics has been arrested in the Goychay district.
Medianews.az reports that during a raid conducted by officers of the State Road Police Department of the Goychay District Police Department, 34-year-old Elvin Aliyev, who was driving under the influence of narcotics, was detained.
During a medical examination, it was found that the driver had used marijuana.
The materials collected regarding E. Aliyev have been sent to the court for consideration.
By court decision, he was administratively arrested. (report)
