The serious dangers that microplastics pose to human life have come to the fore once again.
Medianews.az reports, citing Milli.Az, that according to research, many everyday products—from textile dyes to kitchen utensils, from children's toys to personal care items—transfer microplastics to the human body.
It is stated that these tiny particles enter the bloodstream and accumulate in the body, particularly in tissues.
One of the main points drawing attention is that infants are at greater risk. It is noted that the plastic load they are exposed to is several times higher compared to adults.
Experts warn about the situation and consider it necessary to minimize the use of plastic in daily life, as well as to implement stricter control mechanisms in the production processes.
