At the Supreme Court, the appeal filed in the special prosecution procedure regarding ATV host Zaur Baxşəliyev was reviewed.
Medianews.az, referring to Teleqraf, reports that the court did not uphold the appeal.
The acquittal decision related to the host was upheld.
It should be noted that Z. Baxşəliyev was charged under Articles 147 (defamation) and 148 (insult) of the Criminal Code.
